Peachtree Christian Hospice, Inc. (PCH) is a non-profit hospice facility that has been proudly sustained through the years by donated funds from 11,000 donors and 2,500+ volunteers and community partners. We have served the Greater Atlanta community since 2000, providing acute compassionate care to over 10,000 patients and families facing a life-limiting illness. Our 12-bed, all private rooms, in-patient facility is located on eight peaceful acres in the Duluth area of Gwinnett County.
Here our dedicated and caring staff meets the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families from all cultures and faiths, through an interdisciplinary plan of care. Peachtree Christian Hospice and PruittHealth Hospice provide services to anyone with a life-limiting illness regardless of age, sex, race, national origin, sexual orientation, faith, or financial means.
